Operating Machinery:
Operate saws, drills, welders, and presses to cut, shape, and assemble fence components.
Assembling Fences:
Assemble fence panels, posts, gates, and other components according to blueprints or specific instructions.
Quality Control:
Inspect finished products to meet quality standards and specifications.
Material Handling:
Receive, organize, and handle materials efficiently to maintain a steady production flow.
Maintenance:
Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure proper functioning and minimize downtime.
Safety Compliance:
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.
Documentation:
Maintain production records, including materials used, production rates, and any issues encountered during the manufacturing process.

Experience:
Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in fence production or a related field, is beneficial but not required.
