Local property management firm is seeking qualified candidates to full an Assistant Community Manager role to support its growing presence in Northern Lake County (Tavares and Mount Dora), planned expansion to nearly 1000 apartments by end of 2024.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, administrative tasks, and customer relationship management and ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
Duties (sample, actual duties may vary):
- Provide superior levels of customer service - Implement marketing and leasing strategy - Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies - Handle administrative tasks such as leasing agreements, rent collection, and vendor management - Maintain a welcoming environment for residents and visitors - Address resident concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner
Experience:
- Previous experience in property management or real estate administration - Knowledge of legal administrative procedures and property leasing practices - Proficiency in office operations and customer relationship management - Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and laws governing community management - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Job Type:
