Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

As an Agent Team Member, you will be responsible to Greet each customer when they walk in.
Answer and route all calls.
Checking voice mail and creating tasks for team members.
Process incoming and outgoing postal mail.
Set- appointments & update calendar for team members.
Make birthday and anniversary calls.
Assist with planning and setting up events & outings.
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
As an Agent Team Member, you will need to be Dedicated to customer service.
Present a professional & friendly appearance.
Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and listening) to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members.
Self-motivated.
High School Diploma (College experience preferred).
Proactive in problem-solving.
Bilingual - Spanish preferred.
This position may require you to work certain evenings (for marketing/events) and/or Saturdays.
As an Agent Team Member, you will receive Hourly pay.
